Some riders like to use both (SPDs for racing, Flats for playing) and it saves having 2 pairs of shoes.
Plus, if you're on SPDs, unclip and can't get your foot on in time, the 5.10 grippiness can save you for a few corners. |

It's called the Mkulu and it'll be out soon. Buuut, it's not cheap. I think it's 4000 pounds for a frameset with BOS stoy shock and Idyll fork.

Looks like one of Ian Curtis' contraptions.
He's done the same to a Curtis SX-26 and called it the Sidewinder. Looks like a right laugh, and I can assure the doubters that this isn't photoshopped. |

The entrance to that corner got hellish towards the end of the weekend, if you weren't in the right line, you were bollox'd. I nearly went there too, looks like this guy just went all the way though.
